        Justin Fowler teaches studios in architectural design and housing, along with seminars in history and theory in the urban architecture specialization. His writing has appeared in publications such as Architectural Histories, Volume, Harvard Design Magazine, Thresholds, PIN-UP, Domus, Journal of Urban Affairs, and Topos.








          Elisandra Garcia

          Elisandra Garcia is an activist, designer, and educator from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico and is currently a Visiting Professor of Architecture at the Portland Architecture Program. Some of her current projects are the Parrott Creek Youth At Risk Transitional Housing Campus and the Albina Vision Trust Masterplan Phase 2.
